Use these instructions if you update any event information after registration has opened
This will update coach field access to ensure the correct number of coaches are listed for each team
1. Navigate to https://zortssports.com and log into your account
2. Select your organization and the specific event
3. Click the 'Roster' then 'Coaches' tab
4. Click the 'More' then 'Field Access' buttons
5. Scroll down to the bottom then click 'Validate/Fix All Teams'
