How to Notify Participants on the Roster (Players/Parents/Coaches)

Below are step-by-step instructions for how to notify and view notifications that you have sent to participants on the roster

These steps can be followed by event administrators and coaches

    1. After logging into your account, if you are an admin click on your organization,
 If you are a coach or club admin click on the event you are participating in.

 
     
 

    2. Navigate to the Roster tab

    3. Click 'Notify'

    3. Fill in all of the fields Type, Divisions, Recipients, Reply to?, Subject and enter your Message.

     4. Be sure that you are ready to send and no personal information is included in the message then click 'Send'

 To View a Previously Sent Message

    1. Navigate to the Roster tab

    2. Click 'Notify'

    3. Click 'Sent' on the right side edge

    4. View sent messages that you have sent to roster participants in the selected event
