How To Link a Zorts Card After Receiving a Sign-up Link

Below are step-by-step instruction on linking an existing Zorts Player/Participant Card to a new event when you receive a sign-up link from a coach.

Before completing any of the steps below, you will have needed to receive a sign-up link for the event from your coach or club admin. 

 

Website

     1. Click on the sign-up link. It will take you to the page where you may link your Participant's card.
 
 
 
 
    2. Click the ‘Select Player/Participant Card’ drop down and select your participant's name.  If you own multiple Zorts Cards, make sure you are selecting the correct one.
 
 
 
    3. Click 'Join' at the bottom of the page. 
 
 
 

iPhone App

    1. After clicking on your event sign-up link, click 'Join/Follow' on the page you were directed to. 
 
 
 
    2. Click on the field labeled 'Player/Participant Card.'
 
 
 
    3. Select the participant's name from drop down menu. If you own multiple Zorts Cards, make sure you are selecting the correct one.
 
 
 
    4. Click 'Join'. 
 
 
 
    5. If you do not need to add another participant to the roster, click finish to save your changes. 
 
 
 

Android App 

    1. Click on the event sign-up link. The link will direct you to join by entering the participant's name and clicking ‘Join’.
 
 
 
    2. The system will alert you that your participant is missing info. Click ‘Fix Now’.
 
 
 
    3. Click 'Link Player/Participant Card.'
 
 
 
    4. Select the Zorts Card that you want to link. If you own multiple Zorts cards, make sure you are selecting the correct one.
 
 
 
     5. From the drop-down menu, select 'Link Player/Participant Card'.
 
 
 
     6. Click 'Save' at the top right corner of your screen.
