How To Delete Your Account

Below you will find the step-by-step instructions to delete your account permanently using the web, iPhone app, or Android app.

Deleting your Zorts account will PERMANENTLY delete all information associated with your account including Zorts Cards. 

 

 

Website

  1. Log in to the Zorts website by providing your username and password
  2. Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen then click 'Account'
  3. Tap 'Delete Account'
  4. Confirm this action by selecting 'DELETE'

iPhone

  1. Log in to the Zorts app by providing your username and password
  2. From the 'Account' tab, tap on your name on the top of the screen
  3. Tap 'Delete Account'
  4. Confirm this action by selecting 'DELETE'

Android

  1. Log in to the Zorts app by providing your username and password
  2. From the Home tab, tap the 'SETTINGS' button in the upper right hand corner
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm this action by selecting 'DELETE'
